Today, in a major victory for the American people, the DC federal district court ruled in favor of healthcare price transparency.

It is a major victory for All Americans to now know prices and shop for the best quality of care at the lowest price. Patients benefiting from seeing prices and competition will greatly reduce the cost of care and coverage.
